This is the oldest bakery in Delft, located in the city center.
It was officially established in 1796 with the same name. This traditional bakery has changed several ownerships since then. Stadsbakkerij de Diamanten Ring or City Bakery the Diamonds Ring is 222 years old.Everything is freshly made according to the traditional recipes. From fresh loaves of bread to sweet desserts to delicious biscuits.
Try the local butter cookies named after the crooked church tower called ‘scheve jantjes’ or the delicious sweet sugar loaf bread with apricots, hazelnuts and cinnamon sugar called ‘delfts bruggetje’, named after famous stone arch bridges of Delft.
